Wuxi Metal Gasket Co., Ltd. (Wuxi Weiye Petrochemical Equipment Factory) was a collectively-owned enterprise of Hudai Town, Wuxi, and was transformed into a joint stock enterprise in the second half of 1997. It is located at Hudai Town in the western suburbs of Wuxi, enjoying convenient transportation and smooth information flow.

In 1978, our company was established with the technical guidance of Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry. It is a domestic professional manufacturer of static seal gasket with a history of more than 20 years. Our company has obtained support of the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Hefei General Machinery Research Institute and the Provincial and Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and achieved results in the aspects of spare parts and components in the industries including petroleum, chemical industry, thermoelectricity, metallurgy, etc.

Our company has established business relationships with large state-owned enterprises including Qilu Petrochemical, Daqing Petrochemical, Yangzi Petrochemical, Jinling Petrochemical, Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fibre, Yanshan Petrochemical, Jinshan Petrochemical, Fushun Petrochemical, Guangzhou Petrochemical, Xinjiang Petrochemical, Shanghai Baosteel, Shanghai Volkswagen, Qinshan Nuclear Power,etc.

We are a professional manufacturer of static seal gaskets including spiral wound gaskets, metallic jacketed gasket, graphite composite gasket, ring gasket and non-metallic gasket and other products such as pipeline filter, sight glass, furnace parts, etc. The plant covers an area of 8,000 square meters, and the plant buildings cover an area of 6,000 square meters. There are 58 employees including 12 technicians. Our company has fixed assets of RMB 12 million and achieves annual sales output value of RMB 18 million.

With a complete management system, our company has set up Office, Production Technology Section, Quality Testing Section, Supply and Marketing Section, Finance Section, Metalworking Workshop and Gasket Workshop.

There is complete gasket processing equipment such as lathe, drilling machine, welding machine, winding machine, roller press, flanger, punching machine, etc.

To promote quality and work efficiency, meet customer demands and adapt to the market development needs, new gasket equipments including full automatic winding machine, milling machine, (1.SK-2500 winding machine, 2.SK-500 winding machine, 3.SK-250 winding machine), etc. have been introduced.

To ensure product quality, our products are inspected by Hefei General Machinery Research Institute and Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.

Our company has been the gasket manufacturer designated by China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation since the planned economy in the 1980s. In 2008, our company passed the registration of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. To promote product quality and seek development, our company was certified to ISO9001 in 1999 and ISO9001: 2008 in 2010.
